Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of final project deliverables transfers to the client, except for third-party assets, licensed software, and Ventora's own pre-existing tools and frameworks.

Limitation of Liability

Ventora Business Solutions Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services, to the maximum extent permitted by UK law.
